The recipe directions are leaving crucial instructions out. One recipe actually never instructs to fill the wrapper and another recipe states roll into ball and cook and never tells what to do with the mixture that was created.Having never made dumplings, I really need clearer instructions.

Not What I expected. Glad I didn't have to pay for it.
Enjoyed looking the recipes over and will try a few of then this very day.
I will be looking for more recipes as easy to follow as theses.
Missing ingredient amounts and directions are not in the proper order or missing steps.
The recipes in this book are varied enough to meet different tastes; however, they are not for beginners. Much basic knowledge is assumed and the instructions could be clearer. Nevertheless, if you love dumplings, this book can be handy to have around.
too much work
Dumplings aren't something that you need to learn to love because there are all kinds from every culture. Isn't it nice to know that everyone has Nice Dumplings! If you are into dumplings, you will be double dipping into this book just to get all the good recipes out.
These were some really great recipes but I was expecting to get the recipe for the wanton wrappers and the other store bought wrappers. At least give me the option to try and make my own or a substitute so it's homemade. That's why I'm buying a cookbook and not ordering from the place down the street. I want to try and make it from scratch.
