I gave this book four stars because I love this series. The sisters are an amazing group of ladies as well as their mates. I am so glad the focus is still on solving mysteries than just fighting the war. I love trying to figure things out, even though I never do. On another note I could really use less of a description of every place they go. It seems like filler to me and why introduce everyone every book. By book 17, the readers should be familiar with the characters in this series. Anyway I look forward to reading the next book and finding out what happens next for the family and friends.

I love Yasmine Galenorn's work. This latest outing into the Otherworld series is a small growth for the ladies. It does seem that we are getting baby steps lately and I wish we could get more advancement on the main plot line. That being said, I still love every book in the series.
Complex characters, a new look into old myths, and intense plots immerse readers in the world.
Yasmine Galenorn has done it again. This book was AMAZING!! Once I started I didn't put it down. I love this series and am not looking forward to its ending. It is so well written that I never want the story to end. This book is a great addition to the series. All of the characters are great and the story is great. Run, run, run and pick this one up.
I can't decide if I like Camille better or Delilah. Kitten is turning into a force to be reckoned with. Panther, cat, death maiden Delilah is all three. She faces hardships in this story but is able to look beyond them to enjoy the moment with her two sisters. Can't wait to read book 18!
The series is amazing. The trio of sisters are all different in personality but work well together. Each book gets better and can't wait until the next one. This story is told from Delilah's point of view and her changes as she becomes more immersed in the Autumn Lord's service has her starting to become more adult. Her boyfriend undergoes a traumatic change and Delilah realizes it is her turn to offer comfort and support. They all keep growing as the series progresses. I am looking forward to the next installment.
Thing are changing, Morgaine is lost since hearing Mordride is dead and his body is re covered. Shade is hurt and looses half his powers. But Camille and Delilah have need and work and training. I'm eighth century sword was cursed with a sole.
I have been with this series since the beginning, and while the books from Camille's perspective are my favorite, Delilah is a close second. I feel like this book took a while to build up to the climax. And when the final 'battle' came I felt like it was forced into just a couple chapters. While I enjoy the downtime and the chance to see the interactions between the characters I feel that there was perhaps just a tad too much of it in this book. I feel like the characters evolved in this book, though that seemed to mainly come from Camille even though the book wasn't from her perspective. Delilah's time is come though, just as long as she doesn't run away from it.

I'm excited to see where the series is headed and what's to come. The few things mentioned in the book has definitely left me wanting more.
This is a complete break from the war, and a nice respite before things get really intense. It focuses on the sisters' human relative and ventures into ghosts and curses. The tone's much lighter, but still compelling.
